Only 1 Auto Glass Workmanship Warranty – Lifetime Warranty
At Only 1 Auto Glass, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. As an independently owned, locally owned and operated auto glass shop, we take pride in providing expert installations backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty.
Our warranty covers the installation of all auto glass products, including:
- Windshields
- Back glass
- Door glass
- Quarter glass (unless a used piece of glass)
- Vent glass (unless a used piece of glass)
Your installation is guaranteed for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original customer only.
If you experience any issue related to the installation of your auto glass—such as air or water leaks, workmanship concerns, or defects in the installation—simply contact us. We will inspect the issue and, if covered under our warranty, correct it at no cost to you.
Nationwide Coverage
Our lifetime warranty follows you wherever the road takes you. If you experience a warranty-related issue while traveling, contact Only 1 Auto Glass and we will connect you with one of our trusted affiliate shops across the country to assist you.
Warranty Exclusions
Our lifetime workmanship warranty does not cover issues resulting from conditions unrelated to the installation, including but not limited to:
- Existing rust, corrosion, or body damage in the pinch weld or bonding area where the glass is installed.
- Structural damage or previous repairs that prevent proper adhesion of the glass.
- Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, theft, or acts of nature after installation.
- Breakage from road debris, impacts, or other external forces after the installation has been completed.
- Normal wear and tear unrelated to the installation.
If rust, corrosion, or body damage is present prior to installation, Only 1 Auto Glass cannot guarantee a proper seal or installation, and a workmanship warranty will not apply unless those conditions are repaired before the glass is installed.
