2. Where Can I Find Only 1 Auto Glass?
Our main St. Paul location is at 2001 McMenemy Street in Maplewood, MN, but we also have 12 other satellite locations. To make it easier, our mobile fleet will even come to you! You are never far away from Only 1 Auto Glass.

3. Do You Accept Auto Insurance?
Of course! We will also work directly with your insurance agent to make the claims process easier and to ensure you get the coverage you’re entitled to.
4. How Much Do You Charge for Auto Glass Repair Estimates?
We never charge for estimates. Bring your vehicle to us or request a quote online to get your estimate started.
We’d also like to caution you against going to an auto glass repair shop that does charge for service estimates. Free quotes are standard among high-quality shops in our industry, so if you’re asked to pay for a quote, chances are you’re dealing with a shady shop.

6. Approximately How Much Does a Windshield Replacement Cost?
Windshield replacement costs can vary widely depending on the make and model of your car. If you have a newer-model vehicle that needs ADAS calibration in addition to the replacement, that service will cost extra. If you’re using insurance, your total cost will depend on your coverage and deductible.

7. What Are Your Hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. We also maintain a 24-hour, after-hours call service, so you can call our shop if you need to at any time, day or night.
8. Are You a Green Company?
When we replace a windshield, we place the damaged glass into a separate dumpster. That waste is then delivered to an environmentally safe facility. This material is then tested and recycled into asphalt roads. We also recycle all of our urethane tubes, cardboard, and paper shipping containers. As a company, we do our best to be as eco-friendly as possible.
9. What Services Do You Offer?
We can repair or replace any of the windows your vehicle has. But, to get a bit more specific, we provide:

10. How Long Does a Chip Repair Take?
We can complete a simple chip repair in as little as 30 minutes; however, the time required really depends on the severity of the damage and the shape of the chip.
If you don’t have time to sit at the shop for half an hour or so, we can schedule a mobile repair rather than in-shop service and get the job done while you’re at work or at home. That way, you don’t have to inconvenience yourself at all!
11. Do You Warranty Your Work?
Yes, we do. We will stand behind your window replacement repair or replacement for as long as you own your car, and this includes rock chip repairs! If a rock chip we repair ever expands, we will take care of it at no cost to you. If you ever experience an issue with a replacement or repair we have performed, let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

12. Do I Need to Be Careful After Getting a Windshield Replacement?
